When you're ready to level up your workouts, we have personal trainers you may add on who will create exercise programs specifically for you!

Ready to get moving and get social? Then look no further than our group class membership. Led by our amazing instructors, we have a variety of classes to strengthen your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, tone and build your muscles, and increase your flexibility.

SPIN

Join the spin revolution with us at AWSF! Spin provides both cardio and strength training in a low-impact setting.

SWIM

If full body, low-impact exercise speaks to you, then a swim membership is a perfect fit!

Enjoy open lap swim time in our heated pool.

Plus, whether you are just beginning your swim journey or looking to master and perfect your strokes, we offer the option to add-on swim lessons!

AQUA

FITNESS

If you enjoy the idea of full body, low-impact exercise, but prefer a more social environment with exercises led by an instructor, we have a membership just for that!

Attend our aqua fitness classes to strengthen and tone your body.
