I love that it is all women of all ages and sizes. The Zumba classes are a great fun way to exercise. The staff is very supportive and as an overweight person I feel very comfortable in the gym.

I really love the staff at the Oakland locatoin. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable and encourage me to come back soon!

I like the Saturday Boot Camp class a lot; the trainer gives a lot of feedback, which I think is great. It is fun and interesting. Silvia is terrific. She gives me a great workout and she is friendly and responsive and gives good feedback when you're working out, like to correct form.

I enjoy coming in for the 7:00 am classes with Ginger. Her enthusiasm motivates me to get there each morning. She truly cares about us and we have become a little family with our morning workouts, which Ginger keeps fresh and challenging.

I think your staff in the Westwood club is outstanding.
